Hi, my name is Agustin Conti, founder of Bass Lessons Miami, the portal of my private teaching studio.

There are different ways to approach learning a musical instrument, but all of them can fit into two big categories: the DIY method (self-tought / autodidact) or the traditional method. At bass lessons Miami, you will find a lot of information about learning or improving on the bass.

Both, the do-it-yourself and the traditional approach have their advantages and disadvantages and there are certainly as many successful musicians as different ways they have learned to master their craft. The DIY approach usually involves playing by ear, emulating recordings, finding information’s (books, youtube, forums, concerts, etc) and performing with groups and bands. This method focuses on the instrumental development and can leave important aspect of music training out of the equation.

The traditional method is associated with the academic environment in which private music schools, high school music programs, conservatories and music colleges operates. This method can offer a complete package of music education, including reading and writing music as well as music theory and other courses but may lack on creative development and can be rigid and frustrating, leaving behind personal needs and concerns in order to meet the curriculum of the programs. Bass lessons Miami offers a flexible solution to learning the bass from the beginner, casual player, to the amateur or professional, meeting the student goal in a personalized setting.

A private teacher can certainly use a traditional method and also encourage the individual development and creative growth associated with the DIY method.

Learning and studying with a private instructor can yield amazing results in a short period of time as compared with just a traditional approach.A good private instructor can also help tremendously the DIY player, from the beginner on the bass, the seasoned rocker & concert dweller or the advance student looking to improve in some key areas. Studying with a good, qualified, private teacher is the most effective, direct way of learning an instrument and it is a great complement or guide to students already in Music School programs or self-taught

I have learned from many private teachers, schools and with a self- taught approach along with many years of performing experience in all styles of Music.

I have been a private instructor for over 15 years focusing on electric bass and now I offer bass lessons Miami: valuable and personalized private lessons for all ages and levels at my studio located in Miami or at the student home. Personalized lessons are fun and rewarding from the first class encouraging and promote artistic development and playing abilities. From beginners to advance students, children or adult can enjoy quality bass lessons in Miami now at a fare price.

Thanks for visiting the site, feel free to contact me if you have any questions or comments regarding the lessons and/or the electric bass.

Peace,

Agustin Conti
